Today we were getting ready to go to one o'clock church. We got in the car like normal, I looked down at the cigarette lighter and my ipod and the connecter was gone. I thought for a minute that Reid had taken it out but when I asked him he was shocked because he hadn't touched it since last night. We got out of the car and saw where the stupid idiot used a tool to break into our car!!!! They went through a couple of papers but seemed to only have taken the ipod and connecter. We figured that since its so hard to get the dang connecter out that they didn't have time to rummage through everything else in the car. (Well, besides the compartment right below the stereo that had a few receipts in it. Well, we had to call the police and they came and took fingerprints, but I doubt anything will come of it. We just feel so violated and would never dream that something like that would happen in our apartment complex. We are trying to get out of our lease and move away from the school and all the idiot college students!!
In addition to our lovely break in we had to endure Sacrament meeting with this couple in front of us constantly KISSING!!! I couldn't believe it. Church is NOT the place for that. It was extremely distracting and took all my will power to not lean forward and say something to them. Reid really didn't want that to happen, it would embarrass him to no end.
That has been our lovely sabbath day:)

I would have felt violated, too. Let's hope that doesn't happen again! As for the kissing...that would have driven me crazy, too!
Yikes! What a crappy day!! I am so sorry that you had stuff stolen. I know the feeling...it feels dirty. As for the kissing, I'm with you. It's gross. If you can't keep your hands off each other than just stay home and make out on the couch. Ha, ha!
OH no that sucks... i hate it when stupid idiots break into cars..at least yours they used a tool, on ours the broke our passenger window, grrr! but they didn't even take anything valuable just my diaper bag, and my purse was sitting in the frontseat with cash and my new camera! and that was in our SAFE little neighbor in Sandy UT! so i can happen everywhere :(
