NEWPORT BEACH

I don't know what happened when this pic uploaded. But it's a beautiful house on Balboa Island.

Another one.

I broke down and got frozen yogurt.

Yum Yum. Eating it in the cute little town.

A candle shop where the guy makes them in front of you. Smelled good!

Old fashioned candy shoppe.

Town market. It only had two outside walls. It was an open air. Been there since the 20's.

A few weeks ago we spent spring break in Newport, CA. Reid surfed the freezing water at Blackies and San Onofre. Reid's mom, two brothers (Miles and Riley) and Miles' girlfriend all met up with us in Southern California. We all had a great time! We spent a lot of time on Balboa Island and I have officially decided that when Reid and I are multi millionaires we are going to live there and have a yacht right tied to our private dock. Balboa is BEAUTIFUL and the architecture is awesome. The town has a great small beach town vibe but right in the city! Best of both worlds baby.

Hi Britta! I am so glad you found our blog! These pictures are really good. They make me want to go to Newport (But then again, I always want to go to California). We had so much fun longboarding last weekend. I read your post below too and I am so curious who the couple was who sat in front of you at church :o)
