You heard the right, VEGAN Ice Cream! I will admit the first shot at making vegan ice cream didn't turn out the greatest. Don't get me wrong it was ok, but it didn't make me want more. (And isn't that how ice cream is supposed to be?) So, finally after a long search I found a different vegan ice cream recipe that I wanted to try. Since Reid has been working on school things all day I decided to make this new ice cream. We have a huge case of organic blackberries and Reid mentioned that I should make ice cream with blackberries in it. I did and this is what we got... FABULOUS and DELICIOUS!! Yes, DELICIOUS!
Next time we will have to invite friends over to partake. Sorry, Greers about the first go around. I promise you will enjoy this new kind:)

Britta! I am so gald I found your blog! I am so jealous that you live in Costa Mesa, Tucker and I were considereing moving to Newport Beach last year . . . we go visit there often, it is one of our favorite vacation spots . . . you look beautiful!
Yeah... I dunno. I'd have to taste it. But, anything chocolate is delicious, right?
