We went to California to visit Reid's family for Thanksgiving. Several members of his family hadn't met Eliah yet so it was great to go out and spend time with everyone. I was so worried how Eliah would do flying. He has been such a great traveler but hadn't been on a plane yet. Needless to say I was nervous! Plus Reid has scheduled our flights so late at night both ways. I didn't want my little guy to be over tired and grumpy. He won't sleep out of his crib so I had no clue what to expect. I just prayed he would do well. And guess what?! He did so wonderful! He took a short nap at the airport on our flight out there and then slept the whole flight. On the way back home we weren't at the airport long enough for him to get a nap in but he fell asleep once they turned the cabin lights out and slept the whole way home! Yay! So he is just an all around AWESOME traveler! It also helps that you can go to the front of the security line when you have an infant ;) Everything was a breeze!
(It also helped that Reid was flying with us!)

Waiting for our flight. It got delayed 45 min! This was before his little nap.

Waking up after his nap.

Awake and now really happy.

I'm glad he did so well! That is awesome! We should really hang out soon! Let us know when works best for you guys.
Yippee! Good timing you have, cause Brody's taking his first flight Sat and now I feel a little calmer, though I won't have daddy power as Eliah did I think we'll still be fine?! It's just a quick flight to SL but with all the airport time, still nervous. Will let ya know, we HAVE to catch up in the new yr. xo's!!
