Reid and I decided to sell his baby (the truck of course!) Well, I posed it on line last Wednesday the 30th thinking it would be several days before we finally got it sold. To my surprise Reid called me Thursday to say he got a phone call about the truck. He said the couple was coming up to Pleasant Grove on Friday and needed to set a time to look at it. So, I was thinking, "oh, ok. They are coming up this way anyway and just want to take a look at the truck. Friday rolls around and I get several phone calls, from the couple, with questions about the truck. One call they asked if Reid would drop the price. I told them that they would have to take that up with him. So, anyway, to make this long and weird story short, they show up at the place I am staying take it for a very short drive down the road and then hand me the $. I couldn't believe that they were planning on purchasing it without even looking at it in person or test driving it before going to the bank for $!! But, hey, I don't mind. It was a blessing for us and they loved the truck so it all worked out.
Since we sold the truck Friday evening, and Reid has our other car out in California right now, I was car less for four and a half days!! Oh man was that an adventure...
