Easter

Here is to catching up AGAIN! I know I am so bad at staying on top of things. But, I do have legitimate excuses. It is the last thing I want to do at the end of my day of working, being a full time mom, wife, housekeeper, chef, and athlete (so to say). I just want to sit and relax before heading to bed at 9pm. I know early but I have to have my sleep in order to get up 4:45 AM. Yes, I am a crazy woman but it keeps me sane. HAHA!

Back on point. Easter! Easter was wonderful this year. It was our first time with our son and of course it was his first Easter. He is still too little to understand everything but he had fun with his basket and toys the Easter Bunny left. He also loved the video on the life of Christ. It is an amazing video, so if you haven't seen it check it out! A great Easter tradition. The Easter Bunny that visits our house is not the one that gives candy and goodies. Both the Easter Bunny and I don't want my kids with all the sugar and junk. Plus that's not the point of Easter. Easter is a celebration of the life and resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ. So we tried hard to focus the day it on that.
