Before we left to my parent's house we did our own little Christmas here at home in AZ. We went and looked at Christmas lights at this great neighborhood (that I would love to live in some day). It looks like they are all friends and do a lot of block parties and such :) Just take a look at the picks and you will know what I mean. Each house is decorated and the whole cul-de-sac participated. I have heard it is in the HOA that if you live on that street you are required to go all out with your decorations for Christmas. One house even had the road to Bethlehem set up in their back yard that you could walk through. Needless to say it was wonderful!
We did some decorating and put lights up on our house to get into the festive spirit as well.
