{CHRISTMAS 2010}
This year we spent Christmas with my family in New Mexico. Reid had a month and a half off from school so we were able to spend about 10 day's at my parents house. It was Eliah's first Christmas as well, so it was fun to spend it with family. I am so mad at myself that I didn't get very many pictures. But Reid got all of Christmas morning on video (which I think is so much better than just pictures). Eliah didn't know what Christmas was all about since he was only 7 months old. But he loved opening his gifts and playing with all his new toys. He also loved being the center of attention. It was so much fun to see him enjoy the morning. It was so great that I didn't care about getting to opening my gifts until Eliah was all done :)
I did however get the most wonderful gift of all. Reid spent a full week working all night on my gift. When I opened it, my breath was taken away. It was beautiful. It was wonderful. and it was Amazing! What was it? It was a drawing of me and Eliah when Eliah was 6 weeks old. It was the best thing ever! He worked so hard, and I LOVE it! I told him he would have to do one for each of our children now :)

We just spent the rest of our vacation hanging out, relaxing, going on a date while my parents watched Eliah, and just spending time with family. My brother and his wife and step son live close so they were able to come watch movies and hang out with all of us. It was so great to have a little vacation and spend the holiday's with my family.

Eliah also had his first kitchen sink bath. He thought it was the best thing ever! He loved playing with the shiny faucet and loved sitting up.
